The Role

Stark is a global brand with international sales and a complex supply chain. We are looking for a Senior Treasurer with the potential to grow into a Head of Treasury role, capable of building a world-class treasury function in a high-growth, pre-IPO environment.

This role combines strategic treasury leadership with hands-on execution across liquidity management, banking relationships, FX risk management, financing structures, and capital planning. You will play a key role in strengthening Stark’s financial resilience while supporting rapid global expansion.

What You’ll Do

• Liquidity & Cash Management: Lead global liquidity planning, short- and mid-term cash forecasting, and cash positioning across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Build scalable treasury reporting and forecasting processes to support rapid growth and operational decision-making.

• FX & Risk Mitigation: Own relationships with banks and financial institutions globally. Negotiate and manage credit facilities, trade finance solutions, guarantees, cash pooling structures, and working capital financing initiatives. Support capital structure optimization and future fundraising initiatives.

• Banking & Financing: Develop and implement treasury policies and hedging strategies to mitigate FX and financial risks arising from international operations, sourcing, and sales activities.

• Working Capital Optimization: Drive initiatives to improve cash conversion, optimize liquidity usage, and increase financial flexibility across inventory, receivables, payables, and supplier financing structures.

• Treasury Infrastructure & IPO Readiness

  Help build a scalable treasury function, including policies, controls, banking architecture, reporting standards, and treasury processes aligned with the requirements of a high-growth and future public company environment.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Banking, or Financial Risk Management within an international environment.

• Professional certification (e.g., ACT, CTP, or CPA) is highly preferred.

• Financing & Banking Expertise: Strong understanding of international banking products, liquidity structures, trade finance, FX risk management, and debt financing.

• Strategic + Operational Capability: Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced growth environment with evolving structures and priorities.

• Systems & Process Orientation: Experience improving treasury processes, controls, forecasting methodologies, and ERP/TMS integrations is highly valued.

• Capital Markets / IPO Exposure: Exposure to fundraising, investor interactions, covenant management, or IPO readiness initiatives is a strong plus.
