The Role
To sustain our rapid expansion, we are expanding our highly focused People team. We are looking for a proactive, high-velocity Recruitment & HR Operations Specialist to help transition our HR operations into a scalable machine.
Working directly with the Director of People, you will be a core pillar of our internal People Team. You will balance your time between actively hunting the world’s top talent and building the foundational operations required to support a high-performing engineering and manufacturing workforce of over 400 people.
What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition (50%)
Take ownership of full-cycle recruitment processes across a high volume of tech, commercial and manufacturing roles.
Move beyond reactive hiring to actively pipeline top-tier talent required for our upcoming growth.
Act as a brand ambassador. Maintain an incredibly high speed of work—ensuring that candidates and hiring managers are delighted with the process
Maintain exceptional quality of hire while constantly monitoring and optimizing the cost and speed of recruitment.
Operations, Automation & Scaling (50%)
Champion the integration of AI and next-gen HR tech to eliminate manual administration.
Build automated solutions for candidate screening, employee data management, and day-to-day HR queries, reflecting the same forward-thinking tech approach Stark uses in its Motorcycles.
Design and implement seamless, low-friction processes across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance reviews, offboarding).
Ensure that technical managers and employees spend less time on HR paperwork and more time delivering outstanding results
Operate with a "self-learning" mindset, constantly evaluating existing workflows to find the fastest, most automated way to reach our goals
Ensure every new tool, AI integration, or workflow automation delivers a clear Return on Investment (ROI)
What you will bring to Stark
You have a strong background blending Talent Acquisition (specifically in engineering, tech, or manufacturing) with hands-on Operations.
You have proven, hands-on experience working with modern HR software, no-code automation platforms, and AI prompting. You don't just use tools; you know how to leverage them to build zero-friction workflows and eliminate manual administration.
You thrive in extreme hyper-growth environments. You maintain a high speed of work and have a deep dedication to delivering on time plans
You operate with a "self-learning process"
