The Role

The Digital Product Manager ensures a deep understanding of key user-facing products such as the VARG app and e-commerce platform by engaging with external stakeholders and collaborating across internal teams. This role is pivotal in structuring projects and features, gathering diverse inputs, and making informed product decisions to drive smooth development and efficient workflows.

What You’ll Do

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with external stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams.

• Transform meetings into structured projects and actionable proposals.

• Align the key stakeholders in the product roadmaps

Product Oversight:

• Maintain deep insight into IT’s main product’s development and purpose.

• Monitor progress and track issues to ensure quality.

Workflow Analysis & Improvement:

• Oversee software development and IT-supported business processes.

• Propose creative improvements to boost efficiency.

Technical & Product Strategy:

• Coordinate with IT teams to align strategic goals with technical execution.

• Supervise key deployment steps from data readiness to post-deployment.

Documentation & Communication:

• Collaborate with developers on high-level process documentation.

• Ensure clear, concise communication across departments.

Professional Development & Innovation:

• Stay current on industry trends and integrate fresh ideas.

• Lead initiatives to enhance product performance and workflow efficiency.

What you will bring to Stark

• Propose and suggest improvements to current practices with significant creative freedom.

• Actively shape the product vision by introducing new initiatives and features.

• Challenge existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, with proposals quickly approved by management.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and IT product oversight.

• Strong strategic mindset with a solid technical understanding to effectively liaise with IT development teams.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

• Proactive attitude with a drive for innovation and process improvement.
