The Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who isn’t satisfied with “good enough.” You’ll be the voice, the problem-solver, and the guide for our riders and dealer partners around the world. This isn’t a job for someone who wants routine. It’s for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, loves speaking directly with customers, and wants to play a direct role in shaping how people experience the motorcycle of the future. When riders push our bikes to the limit, you’ll be there to make sure the experience is flawless. When dealers face a challenge, you’ll provide them with knowledge, tools, and confidence. You’ll bridge the gap between engineering brilliance and real-world use.
What You’ll Do
Be the first line of defense for our customers and dealers, solving mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
Diagnose problems remotely, often in real-time, guiding users through solutions step by step.
Turn complex engineering into simple, actionable instructions.
Keep our global dealer network sharp with the latest updates, bulletins, and insights.
Collaborate with engineering, service, and quality teams, feeding back what you learn in the field so the bikes keep getting better.
Document, analyze, and improve, so the next problem is solved even faster.
What you will bring to Stark
Experience in technical support, motorcycle mechanics, or automotive diagnostics.
A strong understanding of mechanics, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools.
The ability to turn frustration into confidence by communicating clearly and calmly.
Fluent English (mandatory) and French. Extra points if you also speak Spanish, Italian, or German.
Bonus if you’ve already worked with EVs, motorcycles, or high-performance vehicles.
